We hop on a quick call to pick your top three priorities, confirm tools and access, and define “done” in plain English. You’ll leave with a 7-day plan and a short list of anything I need from you.
I tackle two–three scoped items right away. Think blog formatting, templates, email builds, site edits, or a timeline polish. You get a tidy checklist and a Friday Wrap showing what moved, what’s next, and any blockers.
We set priorities at the start of each month; I work the list with 24–48-hour turnarounds on routine tasks and weekly updates for approvals. Your back end stays organized while you stay with your clients.
Dubsado, HoneyBook, Aisle Planner, ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace (Drive/Docs/Sheets), Showit, Wix, Squarespace, Wordpress, Canva, Zapier, and email platforms like Flodesk, ConvertKit, or Mailchimp. If you’re on something else, let's chat and see how we can best work together!
Nope. I serve service-based small businesses of all kinds. I just happen to speak “wedding” fluently.
Most Mini/Standard setups run 2–3 weeks end-to-end, including a 60–90 minute training call and a simple SOP so you can run it confidently.
We set weekly priorities in writing, I work the plan, and you get a Friday Wrap with what got done, what’s next, and any blockers. Routine items turn around in 24–48 hours. You can choose Lite, Core, or Plus based on how much help you want.
Included: website edits and basic SEO hygiene (titles, metas, alts), inbox triage, canned replies, task systems and checklists, file/asset organization, monthly newsletters, light automations, and CRM templates/forms.
Not included: bookkeeping, paid ads, complex custom code or full site rebuilds, deep SEO projects, or 24/7 rush work. If you need a specialist, I’ll coordinate within our scope.
For the Edit & Publish option, you provide an outline or notes and I handle polish, formatting, and publishing. For Full Drafting, I draft from your outline or a short interview, you approve, then I publish/schedule.
You’ll see starting prices on this page. After the triage call, I’ll send a short proposal and SOW with the final scope and price. BUILD requires a 50% deposit to reserve the start date; retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Retainers are month-to-month to start. You can pause or cancel with 14 days’ notice so I can wrap tasks and hand off cleanly.
I’ll flag it early. Overages are billed at $60/hr with your approval. Unused hours roll forward for 2 weeks and then expire—this keeps momentum (not a backlog).
Usually within 1–2 weeks, depending on my current roster. I keep a small, focused client list so support stays high-quality.

- Mia, Mia & Co. Watercolors
Running a small watercolor shop and selling at local markets keeps me busy, but Liz makes everything feel manageable. She helped me set up simple workflows, polished my product labels, and even created a little marketing kit I can actually use. I don’t know how I ever did it without her.
