We kick off with a scoping call to align on priorities and get me set up with the access I need. From there, I work the plan each week and send a Friday Wrap — a short update on what got done, what's next, and any blockers. Routine tasks turn around in 24–48 hours, so nothing sits for long.
My sweet spot is operational support, systems management, client communication, light website maintenance, and design production. I don't do bookkeeping, paid ads, complex custom code, or full site rebuilds — but if you need a specialist, I'm happy to point you in the right direction.
Starting prices are listed above. After our triage call, I'll send a short proposal and statement of work with the final scope and investment. BUILD projects require a 50% deposit to reserve your start date. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Retainers start month-to-month. You can pause or cancel with 14 days' notice, so I can wrap tasks and hand off cleanly.
I'll flag it before it becomes a surprise. Overages are billed at $60/hr with your approval. Unused hours expire at the end of each month — this keeps us both accountable and the work moving forward.

Most BUILD projects run 2–4 weeks end-to-end, depending on scope. Every project wraps with a handoff call and a simple SOP so you can run it confidently once we're done.
